Lol, this first reminded me of the newest Marilyn Manson video, 'No Reflection', because of the inky look! :D

Don't know the video, but I'll take a look. Thanks for the visit... ;-)

Starkly beautiful..I have a love of black and white photography (though I couldn't take a decent pic to save my life). Yours caught my eye.

Thanks. Well, any photo that is well contrasted can make a beautiful b&w. With the right software and a bit of practice, they're not that hard to create... ;-)

Great to see new images form you, love how elegantly simple this is. There's something about your B&W that really stands out though, don't really know how to explain it except for what I might call "silky smoothness". I imagine you must spend quite a bit of time dodging and burning in selective areas?

Thanks for the comment and numerous faves, much appreciated... ;-) Yes, dodging and burning are indeed important aspects of my post-processing, although some specialized software like Silver efex pro are also important. It's the combination of many tools really that produce the final results.

Thanks again and take care... ;-)

Cool, thanks for suggesting Silver Efex Pro :) I have it as a Photoshop plugin since it came with a discounted package deal I bought a while back, but never really played with it much as I was more interested in the other plugins like Color Efex and Viveza. But I think now I should take a more serious look into Silver Efex, thanks again :)
